Don’t panic if you arrive a little early and the page says “No Available Sessions.” Keep an eye on the page; it will dynamically update and present the Join Code field just before the start of your appointment time.
Upon supplying your code, you’ll be asked to download a run-once app to initiate the screen share. If on macOS, you’ll need to manually go into your System Preferences app and allow the Accessibility and Screen Recording Permissions for the Connectwise ScreenConnect client.

The Ticket Portal login is NOT the same as the login for this site. Chances are, you have not yet created a Ticket Portal login. You can still create and access individual tickets without a login.
